At the peak of the cold season, the Saint-Lambert Farmers’ Market is bringing together some twenty producers and local merchants of the region’s finest food products in the main hall of the Centre multifonctionnel.
It’s a chance to shake off the winter blues by filling up on sustainable and local goods. Fresh and pastured meats, locally smoked salmon, fine herbs, artisanal sausages, pastries, homegrown nuts, local honey, ready-to-eat foods and even some local flowers to bring a touch of colour to February.
