A series of workshops which provide caregivers with a place to discuss and share their experiences, strengths and hopes. It offers caregivers the opportunity to understand their own needs and limits, and the needs of the person they are caring for in such a way as to prevent caregiver burnout and exhaustion. It also offers participants the opportunity to work through their feelings and experiences while integrating new, useful information.
