Before the Conference, there is a social activity with tea/coffee, water and desserts from 7 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.; we will be able to chat and welcome new and old members at 7:30 p.m. Patrick Robson will present “Planting Spring Bulbs'' and will answer questions both in French and English. The conference will be followed by the annual general meeting. Our plant exchange of Thursday evening on Sept. 21st was well attended. Members parked in the parking lot at the back of the Maison Desaulniers. If you didn’t have any plants to offer in exchange, you gave a small donation to the Society. After the exchange around 7 p.m, we went inside for an hour to try out different desserts and chat.

The next day, Friday, the good weather continued and a number of members showed up at Butterfly Park to find a home for the plants left over from the exchange. Thanks to all for helping out.
