Founded in 1894, the St. Lambert Horticultural Society is the oldest in Quebec. It is a non-profit organization which encourages and participates in the embellishment of both public and private properties in the community.
The society encourages people to study and enjoy successful horticultural practice. Through monthly meetings, members exchange information in their area of special interest. Topics include indoor and outdoor plants, fruit and vegetable growing, flower arrangements and environmental concerns.Member activities and benefits include:
