Wishing to reduce her environmental footprint , Ginette decided to make a transition to a more ecological lifestyle. To do it in a nutritionally sound way, shet took a nutrition course in optimal vegetable diet . This course opened up a whole world of new knowledge in nutrition so she decided to enroll in a certificate program in plant-based nutrition from Cornell University. This new passion now leads her to wish to share the knowledge. Ginette will be talking about nutrition, a possible transition and the evolution. There is a possibility of organizing a collective kitchen in the fall.

This conference is bilingual and will be in person.
