October 2, 4, 6, 11 at 7 p.m. and October 14 at 2 p.m.

Focused on fun, safety and fitness, you'll learn the skills to participate in club leagues with increased level from one session to the other.

Our club provides the basic equipment to play, you only bring:

• A pair of running shoes with a clean sole (no rocks or debris);
• Warm and comfortable clothes that are easy to bend and stretch in;
• Gloves and a tuque.

The cost of the program is $ 25 per clinic, the first two are free. No commitment and no obligation to participate in each session.
