For the 21th edition, the Saint-Lambert Games welcome participants of all ages (3 years and over) for half a day of outdoor Olympic-type activities. The whole family can take part in the Games, which feature non-competitive sports activities for children and their parents:

• sprinting,
• long jump,
• shot put,
• famous potato-sack race,
• tug-of-war.

The goal of the Games is to encourage youngsters to be active while raising funds for the Cancer Research Society (CRS).

Registration can be done online or directly on site between 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Virtual challenge
Until June 30, you can also participate by taking up a personal challenge of your choice. Several choices are available to you: a walk, a run, a cycling circuit, a “burpees/frog jumps” challenge, a half-marathon or other. You can also encourage a “research champion” of your choice.
