Our guest speaker, Mr. Fergus Keyes, will tell the story of the Irish community, his presence at Pointe Saint-Charles, the origin of the ‘’Black Rock’’, so familiar to Lambertans who cross over the Victoria Bridge, and about the proposed project to develop the site.
